I’m so glad you’re here and thank you for being interested in my art! I’ve been creating all my life - but I truly fell in love with painting when I took my first official class in college, where I earned my Bachelors of Fine Arts in graphic design. I became fascinated with color theory and the feeling of putting paint on canvas - so dreamy!

 

Since then, I’ve spent a lot of time (and have had so much fun) developing my style and exploring a variety of mediums and subjects. My style can be described as whimsy and expressionist - I love to play with different brushstrokes and vibrant colors.

 

Because I truly believe that life is art, I have also recently started sharing more of my life on my new blog. Here you will find all the things: city life, love, tutorials, creative tips, and random anecdotes. Writing is such a fun creative outlet - I really enjoy doing it, and I hope it can bring joy to others.

 

When I’m not painting, writing, or designing - you can find me hanging out in Chicago with my husband, Curtis, and the best dog ever, Leo. We love to walk the lake, try new recipes, and go to the dog beach (when it’s not freezing). Thank you for being here!
